How Ordering Through GRABO Works

Ready to order a GRABO electric lifter or other tools from our online catalogue? Working with our authorised dealers, it's quick and easy to set up a delivery slot that is convenient for you. Here's how the process works.

Place your order through our online store with an accepted payment method. Once we receive and review your request, we will then consult our local, authorised dealerships.
This allows us to find the closest dealer to your shipping address. You, therefore, benefit from a quick, local dispatch. What's more, you will only ever get to order from one place – GRABO online. We transfer your order to local dealers who have available stock.
However, please keep in mind that while Nemo GRABO aims to be as efficient as possible with your order, stock levels vary. This is because we work with a wide array of different dealerships. Stock levels at one local warehouse may differ from the next. That means, crucially, that your order may comprise of deliveries from multiple places.

Don't worry, as this won't complicate your order! We keep in touch with our network of local retailers to make sure we can combine stock for your particular order.
For example, you may need batteries as well as a GRABO suction cup lifter. If one dealer only has the lifter and not the batteries, we will need to contact another local source. Simple!
We charge our local dealerships the same rates as we do our customers. This helps to keep things fair and straightforward, and it means you can receive your GRABO tools as soon as you need them.

Ordering through GRABO online could not be simpler. Our split dealership model means we can fulfil special orders around the clock. Why depend on one warehouse when you can use multiple?
Where possible, we do encourage you to order from your nearest GRABO retailer directly. However, it is just as efficient and straightforward to order online with us – take a look and see!
