SMS Terms & Conditions — Warranty SMS Updates

These terms govern the GRABO Warranty SMS Updates program (the “Program”) operated by GRABO LLC, 6000 South Eastern Avenue, Suite 9E, Las Vegas, NV 89119, USA.

1. Program description

The Program sends transactional SMS notifications about the status of your existing GRABO warranty case (for example: case received, replacement shipped, case resolved). Messages are sent from the toll‑free number +1 (877) 960‑0534. The Program does not send marketing, promotional, or third‑party content.

2. Opting in

You can opt in by completing the web form at order.grabo.com/sms-opt-in after a GRABO customer service representative directs you there during a warranty inquiry. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years old. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase of any GRABO product or service.

Reply STOP to any message from +1 (877) 960‑0534 to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

6. Carriers

Supported carriers include all major U.S. and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Phone numbers collected through the Program are used only to deliver warranty case notifications and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See the GRABO Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal information.

8. Changes and termination

We may suspend or terminate the Program, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
